Refund policy

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, such as the size not fitting, the product being different from the image, or the product no longer needed.

We take every precaution when handling our products, but if the product you receive is scratched, dirty, or has a defective part, please be sure to contact us by email within 10 days of receiving the product.

As mentioned above, returns and exchanges are generally accepted within 10 days of receiving the product, so please check the product as soon as possible after receiving it.

In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases, so please check in advance.

  • The product has already been used.
  • The product has been damaged or soiled after it was received.
  • More than 10 days have passed since the product was delivered (excluding the manufacturer's warranty period).
  • If the product is returned without prior notice, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
