Defective products
If the product is suspected to be defective, we will inspect it at Neino after receiving it back.
The response will be determined after the inspection at Neino.
All shipping costs for returning or exchanging the product will be borne by our company.
If Neino confirms that the product is defective, we will provide a replacement product.
If the product is no longer available for sale, or if we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will refund the money after the returned product arrives at our company.
